Just contact us via our email address or social media accounts (please refer to the home page for the links). We request that you message us between the hours 8AM to 6PM from Sunday to Friday. Saturday is our rest day and we will get back to you as soon as we can on Sunday.
We only accept walk ins on Sundays. We are open from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
As much as we’d like to open the park the entire week, we put high value on maintenance and the need for nature to recuperate.
For private bookings, fifty percent (50%) down payment (DP) is required upon booking. The remaining 50% will be paid on the actual day of visit. For non-private bookings, all fees are settled on the day of visit.
As much as possible, we discourage cancellation of private bookings. If you cancel a week before your scheduled visit, you will get a 100% refund of the DP. Otherwise, the DP will be non-refundable.
Please message us for the rates.

The eco park is privately-owned and the house, garage, and other private areas are off-limits. Animal cruelty will NOT be tolerated.
No, you cannot feed the fish and other animals in the area as they have scheduled feeding times.
No, you cannot bring a tent. This is to preserve the health of the grass in the area and prevent disturbance of the ground and creatures in it.
The pool water is water that flows from a nearby natural spring. You might notice some small freshwater fish swimming with you.
We HIGHLY DISCOURAGE bringing and drinking of alcoholic beverages in the park. However, if you wish to do so, please take measures to avoid excessive alcohol consumption. Be mindful of other guests.
The pool of natural spring water is the park's main attraction but you also get to commune with nature as you roam around the public areas of the park. In the future, we wish to provide a basketball court, badminton court and IG-worthy spots. We also plan to sell plants and coconut juice at affordable prices.
Do you have other questions? Please feel free to message us on our social media accounts and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. There may be days when we cannot answer you right away due to other private concerns. We also request that you refrain from messaging beyond 6PM from Sunday to Friday (no one is available to answer queries on a Saturday). Thank you.
