The 2022 version of the Amazon Best Seller, 10 Costly Medicare Mistakes You Can’t Afford to Make by Danielle K. Roberts covers the top ten most common mistakes that Medicare beneficiaries make. The book goes into great detail about each mistake and how to avoid it. The new 2022 release includes the 2022 Medicare numbers released in mid-November.
The book provides information and examples to help the reader grasp the mistake and what to do so that they don’t make that mistake.
The book is broken down into three parts, including a few chapters each. Each chapter is a different Medicare mistake that beneficiaries commonly make. Some of the mistakes are assuming Medicare is free and that Medicare will pay for all hospital and medical costs. Additionally, beneficiaries don’t know when to sign-up for Medicare, how to choose a supplemental plan, and what questions they should ask their providers. The book covers all of those topics and gives tips or advice throughout the chapters.
At the back of the book, several resources are provided to the reader. There is the book bonus which provides PDF guides and checklists. There are also links to the Boomer Benefits blog, webinars, 6-day Mini-Course, YouTube channel, etc.
Since Medicare numbers and rules can change each year, the numbers within the 10 Costly Medicare Mistakes You Can’t Afford to Make book need to be updated as well. The 2022 version of the book includes those numbers and was released right in time for the new year. This means anyone who buys the book starting January 1, 2022, will have the new book release and new Medicare numbers.
