If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.
Bookabulary: Learn English (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides this App for personal learning purposes only.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bookabulary: Learn English.
By using the App, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older, or that you have obtained parental consent if required by your local laws.
The App is not directed to children under 13.
Bookabulary: Learn English helps users learn and practice English vocabulary through AI-generated exercises and personalized content.
You agree to use the App only for lawful and educational purposes and not to:
Copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the App
Misuse or exploit the App for harmful or abusive activities
Circumvent purchase validation or subscription systems
Share or redistribute AI-generated content without permission
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if these Terms are violated.
Some features of the App require a paid subscription.
All in-app purchases and renewals are managed through Apple App Store and RevenueCat, depending on your region.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
Prices are displayed clearly before purchase
Payments are processed securely by Apple
Cancellations and refunds must follow Apple’s App Store policies
Bookabulary: Learn English does not directly process payments or store any financial information
If you experience billing or refund issues, please contact Apple Support directly.
The App may request permission to send local notifications (for example, reminders to study or maintain your learning streak).
These notifications are handled entirely on your device and no data is transmitted to any external server.
You may enable or disable notifications anytime from your device settings.
All content, features, designs, and AI-generated materials within the App are the intellectual property of Bookabulary: Learn English or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal educational purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, translate, resell, or redistribute any part of the App or its content without prior written permission.
The App uses OpenAI technology to generate vocabulary examples and exercises.
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated text may occasionally contain errors or inconsistencies.
Bookabulary: Learn English is not responsible for inaccuracies, interpretations, or outcomes resulting from AI-generated content.
Use the AI-generated materials as a learning aid, not as certified or official educational material.
Bookabulary: Learn English does not collect personal information such as your name or email.
Your full name, streaks, and learning progress are stored locally on your device only.
Some limited technical or anonymized data may be processed through trusted partners strictly to operate the App:
RevenueCat – Subscription validation and purchase management
OpenAI – AI content generation
Cloudflare – Secure API hosting and traffic protection

Bookabulary: Learn English is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific learning goals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookabulary: Learn English and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or its content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will take effect once posted within the App or on our official website.
Your continued use of Bookabulary: Learn English after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
