- College Board Links
- College board will send you an email with your exam e-ticket two days before the exam. This message will include your AP ID.
- It is recommended to do the AP Exam using the Chrome browser.
- The new test date of the online AP Exam is Tuesday May 12th at 11am.
- The abbreviated test will consist of 2 FRQs.
- You will have 25 minutes to do FRQ #1 and then 5 minutes to upload the response. This first FRQ will be worth 60% of the exam.
- You will have 15 minutes to do FRQ #2 and then 5 minutes to upload the response. This second FRQ will be worth 40% of the exam.
- You will have the option of uploading a picture of your handwritten work or typing your response.
- You will be able to take the exam on any device (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
- The test is open notes / open book.
- A calculator can be used but is NOT REQUIRED. As always, arithmetic expressions do not need to be simplified.
- For AP Calculus AB, the main topic that will not be tested is Volume Integrals
- For AP Calculus BC, the main topics that will not be tested are Polar Functions and Parametric Functions
- For AP Calculus BC, Infinite Series Questions will be limited to:
- Geometric Series
- Harmonic Series, p-Series
- Alternating Series Convergence,
- Ratio Test For Convergence
- Taylor Polynomial Approximations
- The following will not be tested
- nth term test for divergence
- Integral test for Convergence
- Direct Comparison Test
- Limit Comparison Test
- Absolute and Conditional Convergence
- Alternating Series Error Bound
- Lagrange Error Bound
- Radius and Interval of Convergence
- Representing Functions as Power Series
- For AP Calculus BC, college board will not be providing an AB subscore this year.
