This page explains how users of the BOLYM Mobile  App can request the deletion of their account and personal data.

The app is developed for BOLYM Wisdom to help teachers and administrators manage student data, results, and staff attendance securely.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can send a deletion request by email.

Send your email to:

Include the following details:

• Full Name
  
  

• Registered Email Address or Username
  
  

• Reason for Deletion (optional)
  
  

Once your identity is verified, your account will be permanently removed from our system within 7 business days.

What Happens After Deletion

• All your personal data and activity logs are permanently removed from our database.
  
  

• You will no longer be able to log in or use your account.
  
  

• Some anonymized information may be retained for reporting or legal compliance (as required by law).
