ORDER PROCESS
HOW DO I ORDER?
Visit our Contact Us page for our contact details.
Send us a photo/s from our website via e-mail or whatsapp of the product/s you are interested in. We aim to respond to all inquiries on the same day. Inquiries sent later in the day will most likely be answered the following morning.
Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you to discuss your order details, for example, the color, quantity, and size, etc. We will also discuss your delivery options so we can also include that in the quotation.
When you are satisfied, we will send you the final quotation, and you can make a payment. Full payment is required before we begin processing your order.
Once your order is placed and payment is received, please allow 5-7 working days for us to create your custom items with care and precision. Once your order is finished, we’ll notify you.
HOW DO I PAY?
We only accept EFT (bank transfer). Banking details will be shared with you once your order is confirmed.
IMPORTANT: Help us process your order quickly by sending us your proof of payment. Without confirmation your order could be delayed or missed.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & FEES
We offer several delivery options across South Africa. We’ll send your tracking information as soon as your order is sent out. Choose the one that suits you best:
Courier Guy: R200. Door-to-door courier delivery nationwide. Approx. 1–3 working days.
PUDO (Locker-to-Locker): R100. Parcel locker delivery. You can collect it when it suits you, but it must be within 36 hours once it is deposited into the locker. Approx. 3–7 working days.
PAXI (PEP-to-PEP): R100. Delivered to your nearest PEP store. Approx. 3–7 working days.
Local Delivery (Upington): R50 - We offer hand-to-hand delivery within Upington town. Same or next day after completion.
Local Delivery (Groblershoop): FREE. Parcels are dropped off at selected shops where they can be collected twice a week.
Pickup (Upington): FREE. You're welcome to collect your parcel directly from our hub, the same or next day after completion.
