This space has enabled us to build a supportive meditation community and offer free training focused on calming the mind, reducing stress, and creating meaningful connections rooted in joy and shared presence.
We have been using the facilities for about two years to host free, biweekly meditation sessions with Ajahn Ben from the Thai Forest Tradition. We are deeply grateful for this space — it has been a wonderful place for community development, joy, and sharing. Over time, a solid meditation community has grown here, with people joining from Elgeseter, NTNU at Gløshaugen, and the surrounding area.
The space has been instrumental in making meditation accessible, helping people reduce stress and tension, recharge from the demands of modern city life, and form supportive friendships grounded in steadiness, clarity, and kindness. Here, people learn to calm the mind, cultivate inner joy, and return to everyday life with more presence and ease.
