Director's Statement
Bokeh is a light-hearted adventure short film that explores the relationships between each other and the world around us. With minimal dialogue, this unique film is an immersive experience with an incredibly talented cast and team behind it. The film is a celebration of Deaf culture and the multicultural spirit of Melbourne. No matter where we all come from, photography is a universal language that can express and evoke strong feelings in ways which words cannot.
At it's core, our film is about enjoying life to the fullest and creating beautiful memories. After all, some memories are like the bokeh effect; out of focus, but never forgotten.
