FAQ

What kind of plushies do you make? Do you accept custom commissions, or only repeat the plushies you've made?

We make custom plushies of any kind, they're fully customizable. In fact, we prefer making new plushies over repeating them.

We usually accept any design to make in plush form. We can make characters from different media (always if the company allows fanmerch. There are companies that don't allow selling merch of their characters, such as Nintendo/Pokemon, Disney or Sanrio). We can also make original characters by the customer.

What commissions do you NOT accept?

What do I need to commission you?

We will need enough references to work on a plush, so you should have them prepared. If the character is from a game or series we can usually get enough references. For original characters, the customer should draw the references, with at least the basic views (front, side, back...). If the character has an important detail, be sure to mark it. The more information we get, the easier it will be for us to work.

If we think the references given aren't enough, we can always draw them for an extra 20€. In that case, we would draw the basic views of the plush. You'd be able to ask for any changes on the design, but once you accept it, we won't change the design.

Do you make plushies destinied to reselling them? I'm an artist/from an indie company and I would like to sell plushies of my character/s made by you.

Of course, we don't have any problem on working in these kind of projects, if it's a work amount we can handle. We can discuss all the details of your project and decide if we can take part of it.

The only condition we have for this is that our name is in the plushie's label. We would make a label featuring both your name and ours. We also reserve the right to use this plush as an example in our portfolio.

This kind of work is independent from our commissions. You can contact us anytime to explain us your project and, if we accept it, we'll organize ourselves around it, since it needs a different work planning due to its high volume. In fact these projects are more like a preorder than a regular commission.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship worldwide. Also, all our shippings, both inside and outside Spain, have tracking number to make sure they can arrive to their destination.

What materials do you use for your plushies?

All the materials we use, from fabrics to thread and stuffing, are mostly made of polyester. We don't use any material made from animal parts.

We usually use minky fleece, a soft fabric with very short fur, with a very high quality. We also work with kullaloo, a minky-like fabric with an even shorter fur, and with faux fur of different lenghts.

For plush clothes, we can use a wive variety of fabrics, from polar fleece to custom printed fabrics.

How often do you take commissions? Is there a way to know when you'll open them next?

We take new commissions once we're done with our current ones. We try to open commissions 3 or 4 times a year, and take several commissions each time. Apart from that, we open preorders from time to time, of simple plushies we've already made. We take a bunch of them and make them all together, to reduce our production time.

If you want to know when we'll open commissions, you can follow us on our social media. There we announce when we will open. You can also send us a meesage to ask us to notice you a few days before we open commissions. We have a list of people interested in our commissions that we send a message to when the commission opening date is near.

How can I make sure to get a commission slot when you open them?

We accept our commissions first comes, first serves. So the only way is to be fast when we open commissions.

Another way is to support us on Patreon. One of our rewards is early access to our commissions, so we open them one day earlier for patrons. If you want one of our plushies, and also like to see exclusive content, with all our creation process, tutorials, patterns and more, you can support us there.

Can I change my plush once you've accepted my commission?

No. Once we've accepted your commission and the first payment is done, we won't make any changes to the plush's design. This is because we order the materials right away, and getting new materials would mean a high cost for us.

So please, be sure you have your plushie's design decided before making the commission.

How long do you take to make a plush?

It depends on your place in the commission list, our work amount and also the difficulty of your plush.

We usually take 3 to 6 months. This doesn't include shipping time.

Can I ask how my commission is going? And WIP pictures?

Of course! Don't be afraid to ask us about your place on the commission list or about your commission itself. We don't have a problem with updating our customers and tell them how is everything going. In fact, please ask us whenever you like. We just want to ask you to please be patient and understand that we're very busy, and we may take some time to answer you, and don't have time to tell you how it is going everyday.

We won't allow frequent questions to transform into a constant harassment.

Can I cancel my commission if I think I've been waiting for too long? Can I ask for a refund or a discount for the long await?

You can cancel your comission, meaning we won't make or finish your plush. But we won't refund you the first half of the plushie's price. This is because the first payment is for buying the materials, so refunding this would mean a huge money loss for us.

Keep in mind that we always give approximate dates about how long it will take us to make your plush. But there are many things that can delay us. All our work is handmade, so even if we try to give realistic time estimates, we can take longer than we expected. We may have difficulties with some patterns or need way more prototypes than we expected. We can have issues with any of our working tools, or have personal issues. We always prefer to take more time and give out the best result we can rather than rushing to finish a plush to have it done on time and regretting how it turned out.

Also, please keep in mind that your plush isn't the only one we have to make. Our work amount is usually very high, and taking more time to make one plush will delay all the other ones.

Finally, remember that we are just 2 girls working on all the commissions. We organize ourselves the best we can in order to work 8 hours a day, and also pay attention to our studies, because we're both college students. We do the best we can. But many things can affect us, such as health or personal stuff.

How long will it take for my plush to arrive once finished? How do you ship your plushies?

We live in Spain, and the shipping time depends on the country of destination. For example, shippings within spain usually take around a week. For countries in the European Union, they take 1 or 2 weeks. And for the rest of the countries, they usually take 3 to 4 weeks, but it will depend on your country's customs.

All our plushies are sent with tracked shipping, through Correos España. You will be able to track your plush through Correos' website, or in your contry's postal service website.

Allergies and smells:

We live in a smokeless home. The materials we use are antiallgeric and shouldn't give any problems. However, we own a bunny and a guinea pig that are near our workplace due to our reduced space. They aren't in touch with any of our materials or plushies, and we make sure to clean every plush before shipping them to make sure to remove any dust or fur, but if you have severe allergies, tell us so we can be extra cautious.
