You must read ALL our policies before you commission us.
Don't be afraid to ask us directly for any doubt you have of any of our rules.
In order to commission us, you must ask us for a price quote before filling in the commission form. You can always ask for our prices, but you can only commission us when we have our commissions open.
To ask for a price quote, you have to contact us via DM or email. We'll study the character's design and decide its price. The agreed price can always raise by 20 to 50 euros if, while working on the plush, we find it has a higher difficulty than we expected. We'll tell you if it's the case.
To confirm a commission, you have to pay the first half (or the first part if we've agreed to a split payment). The first half of the plush's total cost is NOT REFUNDABLE
All our plushies will have a tag or an embroidery with our name.
We always try to give a good finishing to our plushies and make them resistant, but they ARE NOT toys and we won't take responsability on the use you give to them.
We won't accept commissions without enough references. If the commission is for an original character, the customer must draw, at least, front, side and back references, and other details they think are important. If needed, we can make a study of the character and draw the references ourselves, with an extra cost of 20 euros over the plush's price.
We don't copy other artist's plushies. We have our own style, and aren't comfortable copying either official plushies or designs by other plushmakers. If you send us a plush as a reference, we'll always make it in our own way.
The customer must be over 18. If they're underage, the commission will be made by an adult (parents, trusted friend...) with whom we will talk to.
We don't accept bargains. If someone insists on getting a discount over the initial price, we won't accept their commission.
What you are paying for when you commission us is for a finished plush, not its patterns. Even if you commissioned an original character, this won't give you the right to claim the patterns for free in the future.
We usually don't share our patterns apart from the ones we post on Patreon, but if we think it's convenient and you're interested in them, we will sell them. But the cost won't be lower than a full plushie's cost. We'll discuss all the details in private.
We reserve the right to repeat a fandom plush anytime, either as a commission or just to sell it. Original designs maid by the customer WILL NOT be repeated for anyone else
The waiting time depends on the work amount we have, your position in the waiting list and other external factors.
We usually take 3 to 6 months to finish a plush since we accept the commission and order the fabrics, which is when the first payment is done.
Anyway, the production time is an estimate and will never be a motive for a refund.
Even if a plush has a deadline, we are NOT obliged to have it by that date, because there can always be inconviniencies or it can take us more time than we expected. In this case, we will inform the customer about what happened, but it won't be an excuse to ask for a discount or a refund.
We won't accept any change once the first payment is done (colours, shapes, proportions, details...). In case you want to add something extra to the plush like clothes or props, we can discuss it and decide how much extra cost it would be.
We always try to update the commissions to the customer and show them some WIPs. The customer can also ask about how the plush is going, but we ask you to be patient and respectful. If the customer starts harassing or being overwhelming, we'll limit the number of messages they can send us. If their attidude continues, we reserve the right to cancel their commission without a refund.
We arent obliged to show a certain amount of WIPs every certain time. We'll show the WIPs we think are convenient.
We'll only accept changes on the plushie's patterns (like making the head rounder, bigger paws...) during the prototype phase, when we show the WIPs to our customer. Once we start working on the final plush, we won't accept any change.
We won't show WIPs or updates to third persons that come in name of a customer. The commission is only for the person that contacted us and paid for the plush. If this attitude persists, we can cancel the commission without a refund, for ignoring our policies.
We don't offer discounts or free shipping in compensation for delaying on making a plush. If we think that you waited too much, we'll offer a compensation ourselves. But if the customer insists on getting a compensation when we didn't offer it, we'll cancel the commission without a refund.
We won't pay for an express shipping for a plush to arrive by a certain date, unless we decide to do so. We always try to have the plushies finished by the date we discussed, but if the customer wants to be sure that the plush will arrive on time, they'll have to pay for the express shipping.
If once the plush is finished, the customer doesn't answer us or pay the remaining payment within a month, we'll put their plush on sale, and won't refund the first half either. If the customer explains us their situation, we can wait a bit more.
Once shipped, the customer can claim that they didn't recieve the plush for 6 months, which is the time Correos keeps a tracking number active. After that time, we won't have any way to track a package or know what happened to it, so we won't offer any solution.
If the customer claims a damaged or lost package within the 6 months after we ship it, we will ALWAYS offer to remake the plush, not a refund.
If we get a package returned to us by any issues on the shipping, we'll keep the plush for 2 months. We will ONLY pay for shipping again if it was returned because we wrote the adress wrong. In any other case, the customer will have to pay for shipping again, and depending the case we'll pay half of it. If during those 2 months we don't come up to a solution regarding the shipping, we'll put the plush on sale and won't repeat it, unless the customer has talked with us and we've decided to wait more.
If the package arrives damaged, do NOT accept it and put a complaint on your local post office. If you put a complaint, we'll be able to take part on the situation and come up with a solution. If you accept a damaged package without a complaint, we won't be able to help you.
If the plush arrives damaged because of the shipping, we'll discuss what to do in compensation. But if the plush arrives in good condition, we aren't responsible of ANYTHING that happens to it from then on, since we'll suppose it hasn't been handled correctly.
Once the customer recieves their commission, they have to notice us. If they don't tell us, we reserve the right to not accept another commission from them in the future.
If a customer breaks any of these policies, we'll cancel their commission and WILL NOT REFUND THE FIRST HALF.
If the customer cancels their commission, we will NOT refund the first half of the plush price.
We reserve the right to cancel/ not continue working on a commission if the customer is having a bad attitude towards us (too much pressure, impoliteness, etc).
