What to Expect

Here’s how it works:

- 1. CONSULT: 30-minute consultation where you explain your situation.
  2. PROPOSAL(S): Within 48 hours, you will receive 2 quoted options. One typically includes a retainer for an ongoing relationship and the other for short-term engagements. (Just so you know, BOE takes no offense to whichever model you choose, we give both options so that you know upfront what each model looks like.)
  3. SIGN UP: and place 1st payment for service(s)
  4. ANALYSIS: BOE Conducts a thorough analysis of your current operations in the area of our work plan arrangement.
  5. DESIGN: BOE heads to the drawing board. Depending on the scope of the work to be done, we usually have at least a draft action plan to you within a week after the analysis is complete.
  6. APPROVALS: Once the iterative process of design is complete, we get your signoff on the plans to implement the design.
  7. IMPLEMENT: Our team will implement the designed solution and present to/train your team.

BOE Consulting team members work primarily remotely, with capacity for limited Travel. We fully immerse ourselves into our projects and dedicate our time to our clients at their convenience and within all USA time zones.
Project fees vary based on service and customer need, so a consultation is required to properly quote services.
