BodyBook Terms of Service

By using BodyBook, you agree to these Terms of Service.

BodyBook is a fitness and workout-log application. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users are responsible for how they use the application and for the data they enter, store, export, or back up.

BodyBook is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The developer may update, modify, limit, or discontinue features when necessary.

BodyBook Pro subscriptions

BodyBook may offer monthly and annual BodyBook Pro subscriptions. The applicable price, currency, billing period, and any available introductory offer are displayed by the Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store before the end of the current subscription period. Deleting BodyBook does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Where available, eligible users may receive a 7-day free trial with the annual subscription. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it automatically converts to the paid annual subscription at the price displayed before confirmation. Trial eligibility is determined by the relevant store.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple Account or Google Play account. Eligible purchases may be recovered using the “Restore purchases” function with the same store account used for the original purchase.

If a BodyBook Pro subscription expires, the application returns to BodyBook Free. User data is not automatically deleted, although content exceeding the Free limits may become inactive until BodyBook Pro is reactivated or the user completes the required Free-content selection.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the terms of the store through which the subscription was purchased.

Information about data processing, advertising, analytics, backups, purchases, and third-party services is available in the BodyBook Privacy Policy on this website.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to BodyBook or applicable store requirements. Continued use of the application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For BodyBook distributed through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies:
