Bochat (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Bochat") respects your privacy rights and has developed this Privacy Policy to clearly demonstrate our commitment to protecting your privacy. By using our websites, applications or other online services (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1.What information we collect
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Services to you.
Personal Information
When using our Services, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information ("Personal Data") in order to contact or identify you. Personal Data may include, but is not limited to: city, cookies, usage data, age. This information may be used to provide you with personalized services and/or improve our service solutions.

Affiliates: We may share User Content and your information (including, but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with businesses that are part of the same corporate group as Bochat or that are part of that group ("Affiliates"). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Services (including by providing analytics) and the Affiliates' own services (including by providing you with a better and more relevant experience). These Affiliates will respect the choices you make about who can view your content.
Public Information: Any information or content (such as User Content) that you voluntarily post to the Service will be available to the public. Once you share User Content or make it public, that User Content may be re-shared by others.
Service Providers: We may share your information and information from tools such as cookies, log files, device identifiers, and location data with third-party organizations that help us provide you with services ("Service Providers"). Our Service Providers will be granted access to your information under reasonable confidentiality terms to reasonably provide the Services.
Aggregate or Anonymous Information: We may share aggregate or anonymized information with third parties, including advertisers and investors. For example, we may tell advertisers the number of users our applications receive. This information does not contain any personal or personally identifiable information and is used to develop content and services that we hope will be of interest to you.
Profile Information: The information you enter into your user profile (your "Profile") may be shared with your Bochat contacts. You control your Profile and can access and modify your Profile at any time from the Bochat application. Your Profile is available to other users of the Service who connect with you on Bochat.
Anonymous Data: We may remove portions of data that can identify you and share anonymous data with other parties. We may also combine your information with other information so that it is no longer associated with you and share that aggregate information. You can choose the parties with whom you share User Content.
Outbound Links: If you visit websites, products or services provided by third parties, including through the Service or the Bochat website, such third parties may also collect information about you. Please refer to the privacy policies of each such third party to understand how they use the information they collect. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any exchange of information between you and any third party.
Third-party service providers: such as analytics, personalization, fraud, security, and advertising companies, also use technologies to collect Personal Data through our websites and apps, as described in the “Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Technologies” section above.
4.Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
Access and Knowing: If you wish to access your personal data, you can do so by logging into the Bochat Service you use and viewing the personal data associated with your account. In addition, you have the right to request to know how we collect, use, disclose or sell your personal data, including requesting a copy of your personal data that we hold. Please note that we have provided most of this information in this Privacy Statement.
Technical Choices: For more information on technical choices and options, please see the Cookies, Web Beacons and Other Technologies section above.
Correction: You can request corrections to certain of your personal data. By logging into the Bochat Service you use and using the available options, you can update the personal data associated with your account to correct certain information.
Deletion: In certain circumstances, you can ask us to delete your personal data, but please note that certain exceptions may apply.
5.Where we store your information
Your information may be stored on servers located outside of your country, such as currently in Singapore. We maintain major servers around the world to ensure the continued availability of our services to you.
6. Data retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by applicable law. If you close your account, we will retain certain data for analytical and recordkeeping purposes, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, protect the integrity of our services or users, or take other actions permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, the retention of that information will be subject to those third parties’ policies.
7.The security of your information
We take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we take reasonable steps to protect your personal data (for example through encryption), we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through the Platform; any transmission is at your own risk.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the varying likelihood and severity of the risk to your and other users' rights and freedoms. We maintain these technical and organizational measures and may modify them from time to time to improve the overall security of our systems.
Our website may contain links to websites of partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow these links to other websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please always check the privacy policies of these websites before submitting any information to them.
8.Information relating to children and teens
Bochat's services are not suitable for anyone under the age of 18, and anyone under the specified minimum age may not create a Bochat account or use Bochat services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a data subject under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as quickly as possible.
9. Manage Your Account
You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but this may prevent you from using certain features of our services. You can disable these notifications by going to the "App Settings" on the app or changing the settings on your mobile device. If you need to delete your account, you can do so in the following 2 ways.
1) Delete within the app, path: "My" - "Settings" - "Delete Account".
2) Delete through the official website [https://sites.google.com/view/bochat], find the "Account" button at the top, click on the page, and fill in the user ID and verification code on the page. The verification code can be obtained within the app to prove that the account belongs to you.
10. Privacy Policy update
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in current laws, data collection and use practices, Service features, or technological advances. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Updated" date at the top, and you should periodically review the most recent version, which will apply. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you of those changes by reasonable means. Please review the changes carefully. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted to this Policy will constitute your agreement and acceptance of those changes.
