Battalion Commander

The Battalion Commander is mature, willing to accept responsibility, and able to effectively delegate authority and supervise subordinates. The BC controls the staff with the Battalion XO and the companies through the company commanders while maintaining the final approval authority in the cadet chain of command.
Battalion Command Sergeant Major
C/CSM Liam Mitchell
The Battalion CSM supervises the color guard and flag details. Additionally, CSM ensures that they are properly trained and that their special equipment is on hand and properly maintained. The CSM Supervises all First Sergeants, Schedules and conducts meetings with non-commissioned officers when necessary, Insures all of Battalion areas (inside and out) are maintained to a high standard of neatness, and performs other duties as directed the by Battalion commander.
Battalion Executive Officer
C/LTC Alexis Kilpatrick
The XO supervises, directs, and coordinates the cadet Battalion staff to prevent overlapping efforts and to ensure that the commander's desires are understood and achieved. The XO keeps staff informed of the commander's policies and keeps the cadet Battalion commander informed of the status of projects assigned to the staff. Assumes command of the cadet Battalion in the absence of the cadet Battalion commander.
Battalion CHOPS - Chief of Operations

The Chief Of Operations supervises all of staff and continuously follows up on all duties of cadets to ensure that all jobs are being done in an efficient and productive way. The CHOPS will assist cadets and instructors when necessary to maintain an organized and functioning staff. The CHOPS ensures that all projects and duties are successful and meeting the end goal of mission completion.

The Company XO is second in command of their Company They also assist the Company Commanders and takes on their jobs and responsibilities when they are absent.

The Company CSM supervises the companies and insures that they are properly trained. The CSM Supervises all Company Commanders and 1SGT's, Schedules and conducts meetings with company command when necessary, and performs other duties as directed the by Company commander.
Staff
BattalionS-1’s/Adjutant - Cadet MAJ Marissa Santos
The S-1 is the principal staff officer for all matters concerning human resources including promotions, awards, and community service hours. They plan, organize, and supervise the execution of Award Ceremonies and the Command and Staff briefs.
Battalion S-2’s/Security - Cadet LTC Jordyn Miller
The S-2 assists the Battalion Commander and instructors in all matters pertaining to unit security and enforces the provisions of the security requirements for the brigade.
Battalion S-3’s/Operation - Cadet 1LT Sarah Daranikone
The S-3 responsibilities and duties are planning, training, and execution of operations. The S-3 is also responsible for publishing the training schedules to ensure cadets are able to participate in events. The S-3 is also the link between the community and the battalion; therefore offering multiple opportunities to the cadets to complete their community hours.
Battalion S-4’s/Supply - Cadet MAJ Peyton Bernhardt
The S-4 is responsible for coordinating the logistics integration of supply, maintenance, transportation, and services for the battalion. They are responsible for returning uniforms, equipment or decorations to all cadets in the program. They also make sure and keep everything organized and order things that we don't have enough of in the program.
Battalion S-5’s/Public Affairs - Cadet 1LT Camilla Hernandez
The S-5 is responsible for enhancing the relationship between civilians such as school staff and increase community relations while providing photographs.
Battalion S-6’s/Tech Support - Cadet MAJ Michael Robinson
The S-6 section is responsible for all matters relating to communications, technology, and website engineering. They update the website on daily basis and make sure that all the computers and printers are working properly. If there are any technology errors or malfunctions they'll help solve the problem.
