The Customer Care Center (CCC) is a modern Customs service center that will provide services such as centralized documents receiving and releasing, information area for inquiry and other general concern, payments center, pass control and other Customs Services

In conjunction with the Bureau's modernization projects, the CCC will be a One-Stop-Shop in compliance with Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018. It shall also house self serving information kiosks aimed at providing interactive means of information inquiry to all BOC stakeholders

As BOC transition to Zero-Contact Policy on critical operational aspects such as assessment of Goods Declaration, the CCC will be the main focal point on all Customs related inquiries.

Manned with professional Customs Service Officer, the CCC will ensure a positive experience for the transacting public.

OBJECTIVES

To centralize the receiving and releasing of all documents.
To Facilitate payment transactions.
To assist stakeholders in determining the status of their documents through different tools and systems.
To limit the entrance of people who do not have business transactions with the Bureau.
To lessen face-to-face transactions between BOC personnel and stakeholders, therefore minimizing the opportunity for graft and corruption

SCOPE

The CCC Covers:

All Offices under the Office of the Commissioner, Assessment and Operations Coordinating Group, Management Information Systems and Technology Group, Revenue Collection Monitoring Group, Intelligence Group, Enforcement Group, Internal Administration Group, Post Clearance Audit Group, and the Port of Manila.
All communications (documents) which are official in nature.
All documents with complete documentary requirements , especially on Goods Declaration and AMO Accreditation Application.
All payment transactions under Cash Miscellaneous Module which shall be issued with corresponding Bureau of Customs Official Receipt (BCOR).
All stakeholders, including visitors, with only officials appointment with BOC Officials.
All queries of stakeholders.
