Christmas - Past, Present and Future

I remember when I was a child, and at my paternal grandmother's house, my aunt would set up a small Christmas tree and a little nativity scene. In addition to the main characters, she would put in a small round mirror and some ducks to make a pond. In those beautiful golden years, it was possible to feel the Christmas spirit; you could breathe because even the air seemed lighter, with something more, with an energy that today I now know what it is.

My hope and my wish for the future of this world is that that same air and the same energy of that time will return to be part of all families. May the same Spirit of that past Christmas return to be present in all homes.

May the true birthday celebrant, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who was born, lived, died and resurrected for us, bless you.
