Meaning of the names

Rufus is a Roman cognomen meaning "red-haired" in Latin. Several early saints had this name, including one mentioned in one of Paul's epistles in the New Testament. "Greet Rufus, chosen in the Lord, and his mother, who has been a mother to me, too." Romans 16:13.

Blue Star is blue star in English, and for me she is a lovely and sweet character.
