During the summer of 2012, Bobby began his first book, which was completed in 2013.  In 2015, he revamped his work to release its second addition.  The Tools of Greatness is a comprehensive book detailing the position of catching.  In addition to drill work and description, the book provides insight as an MLB scout's evaluative process for catching, including to a simple recruiting guide for film creation.  New York Yankees' Director of Player Development, Mario Garza assisted Bobby throughout the process, providing professional-level ideals and technique.  

In 2019, Bobby published his second book, Hitting Home (With Fundamental Purpose and Intent).  What started as a mere guide for youth coaches morphed into a fully produced book, complete with excerpts from college and professional minds for both baseball and softball.  The book's audience is targeted for youth-high school, with a simplified approach to hitting, planning, and player evaluation.

Via LinkedIn, Bobby has written numerous articles, primarily focusing on catching.  With pages worth of free and useful information, players and families have access to high-level content, including What Catchers Don't Do, But Should, which is also embedded with several other high-interest topics including receiving, throwing from knees or feet, leadership, and recruiting film development.
