Applicants are able to view their particulars and raise objections or suggest corrections if any, in keeping with 2008 and 2013 (amendment) rules, according to the information on this website and the following public notice.
These objections should be filed through the BMESR Objections/Corrections form. Print the automatic email received (preferably on both sides of the same sheet of A4 paper), sign it, attach it with photocopies of documents required (if any) and a covering letter addressed to Mr Sachchidanand Choudhary, Special Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar.
Report with these papers, and the originals of the documents for verification to Department of Health, Vikas Bhawan on the following dates and times.

- Enlistment in the provisional panel does not ensure placement in the final panel.
- Interviews of some candidates who were BDS only, Diploma only, appearing for MD/MS/Diploma/MDS exam and over-age, were not conducted due to sufficient number of MS/MD/DNB/MDS candidates available at the time of interview. No queries will be entertained in this regard.
- The remark 'BCMR Registration required' implies that applicants need to produce the registration from Bihar Council of Medical Registration within one month after they join their posts as tutor/SRs (subject to enlistment in final panel and posting notification; these will not be affected by their present BCMR registration status).
- However, remarks such as 'MD registration required with BCMR' imply that candidates must register their PG degree with the BCMR or equivalent state medical councils, and present this certificate to be considered postgraduate.
- Remarks such as 'Appearing for MD' imply that the applicant should submit the PG passing certificate or marksheet (with a certificate from the head of the institution/university that the passing certificate has not been issued) to be considered postgraduate.
- The remark 'application form required' is written for candidates who did not submit hard-copy of their application form at the time of interview. Such applicants should send an email stating their UID, name, date of birth, and the reason they did not submit their form. Last date for sending such email is 20 April 2017.
- Reservation claim will only be entertained on producing recent certificate mentioning creamy layer status.
- The remark "3-yr tutorship/SRship completed" or ">3 failures" makes a candidate ineligible to pursue the application further.
- The remark "Experience marks not applicable" is a reminder to the candidate that work experience only in Government of Bihar (regular and contract) is eligible for such marks
