2025-2026 Pizza Lunch Program & Dates

We are excited to announce that, based on the success of the pilot in Spring 2025, we now offer pizza lunch twice a month during the school year, with the exception of October!

Ordering dates will begin on Friday, October 3rd for Annual Ordering, and the first 3-month block. Choose whichever option best suits your family. 

The below table provides all planned pizza dates (subject to change) and the ordering dates for annual and 3 month blocks.

We are also excited to announce that we will be piloting a Pretzel Day at the school later this fall!  Stay tuned for more information!

Ordering Deadlines

Information to be updated later in September!  Stay tuned for dates.  All ordering will be done via School Cash Online, so please make sure your accounts are up and running prior to the to be announced ordering windows!

Subsidy Program

BMac CSPC offers a Subsidy program to foster an inclusive environment within our school community.  The program subsidizes the cost of pizza lunch, field trips and other school initiatives through donations from the BMac Community and is a partial payment of the overall cost.  

If you need support placing a pizza order for your child(ren), please contact your homeroom teacher.  

Special Dietary Requests

We are pleased to offer gluten free and dairy free options.  Should your child have allergies or food intolerance, please reach out to Pizza Coordinators to highlight your child's needs at bishopmacdonellpc@gmail.com.

School Cash Online Issues

If you have issues accessing School Cash Online to place orders or receive any error messages, please contact the school secretary for assistance.  Pizza Co-ordinators do not have access to correct any errors.
