Pizza Lunch

There are two options for Pizza Lunch Ordering: Annual or 3 Month Block (see chart below).

Pizza days will be on Wednesdays, based on the schedule in the chart below. Note: days are subject to change due to school calendar of events.

Important: All orders must be placed via School Cash Online. No cash orders will be accepted. If you have not yet set up your School Cash Online account, please sign up here. 

Ordering deadline
We have a strict ordering deadline to ensure less room for errors when placing the pizza order, so please be sure to get your orders in on time.

If you miss the order deadline, your child(ren) will not receive pizza for any of the months in the block you missed. No cash or late payment option is available.

Ordering options
If you select the Annual Ordering option, you will be ordering for all Pizza lunch dates. The ordering window for this option closed to October 23rd. Note: If you place an annual order and wish to increase your order later in the year, you can do so by ordering the incremental pizza in Blocks 2 and 3. 

If you select the 3 Month Block ordering option, you will be ordering for Pizza lunches in blocks. Please refer to the chart above for your ordering windows.

Cost
Pizza slices will remain at $4, as they have for the last 2 years.

Dietary information
Pizza offerings are cheese or pepperoni. Gluten Free and Dairy Free options are also available. Please email the Pizza Lunch inbox once you have placed your order to request these options.

Each student receives their own labelled pizza box.

Pizza Lunches are organized and distributed by parent volunteers, we are all human and sometimes mistakes are made by the team, or vendor. In the rare event that your child does not receive their pizza, please ask them to notify their teacher, or to visit the office.

There are no refunds for absences that occur on pizza days.

Pizza Lunch Subsidy Program
To continue with our ongoing work in having an inclusive environment within our school community, we are pleased to continue the Pizza Lunch Subsidy Program. If you are in need of assistance and would like to place a pizza order for your child(ren), please reach out to your homeroom teacher who will make the request on your behalf.  Please note that this information is kept strictly confidential between homeroom teacher and the Pizza Lunch Coordinators. Please do not call/email the school/school secretary. 

Volunteers
The BMac Pizza Lunch program is managed and supported by parent volunteers. As such, all pizza lunch inquiries or concerns and/or questions can be addressed to Yvonne, Ange or Miryam via the pizza lunch email.

To ensure a smooth pizza distribution, volunteers are always needed and appreciated. If you are interested in adding your name to the volunteer list, please email us. The time commitment is ~45 minutes (11:15 AM - 12 PM) only on pizza and pretzel days. 

Please note that as per TCDSB guidelines, all volunteers must have completed their CRJMC (Police Check), uploaded to the board portal and received approval from the board prior to volunteering.
