Description: Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business hosted their first annual Stock Pitch Competition in honor of Roger F. Murray, a crucial figure in the history of value investing and a highly influential financial professional, economist, adviser to members of Congress, and educator. The competition has students to identify an undervalued or mispriced company and construct a detailed analysis of the potential investment opportunity.

Description: L/S Equity Competition hosted by NYU QFS
Requirements: 1500-word Investment Memo & Excel Model (optional) for a long or short pitch of a stock
Prizes: $500-$2,000 USD and a possible Hedge Fund Internship with Valiant Capital Partners (Tiger Cub hedge fund)
Competitors: Pola & Srijon
Description: Pitch any publicly listed company (market cap >$500M). Submit a 2-page investment write-up + 1-page appendix. Finalists will deliver a 15-slide presentation + financial model.
