GOVERNANCE CULTURE

True to the principles of the PGS framework wherein the strategy cannot be operated in a vacuum, a governance culture that is susceptible to attaining the strategic goals regardless of organizational changes must be created and maintained. In this regard, a governance culture founded on the values of accountability, transparency, and integrity needs to be embedded within the organization as it moves along the PGS pathway and towards the identified Strategic Position.
