• Workplace discrimination or harassment.

• Academic misconduct (e.g., plagiarism, biased grading).

• Procurement fraud or conflicts of interest.

• Data privacy breaches.

• Other ethical concerns.

How to Submit

Confidentiality

• Anonymous complaints accepted.

• All data encrypted and stored.
