Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, CA #163961
I’m so glad you’re here.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard. Reaching out for help isn’t always easy, and my goal is to make the process feel as comfortable and approachable as possible. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more confident, connected, and like yourself again.
I take a warm, collaborative, and personalized approach to therapy because every person’s story is unique. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to your individual goals, strengths, and experiences.
Whether you’re working through anxiety, substance abuse issues and recovery, low self-esteem, or a major life transition, we’ll focus on understanding what’s holding you back while developing practical tools that create lasting change.
A Little More About Me
Before becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I spent four years working as a substance use counselor. That experience gave me a strong foundation in helping individuals navigate addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Combined with my experience in community mental health and crisis intervention, I bring a compassionate, practical approach to helping clients overcome life's challenges.
Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me exploring new coffee shops, spending time with my French Bulldog, staying active, or enjoying the outdoors. I believe caring for ourselves outside of therapy is just as important as the work we do in session.
A supportive, judgment-free environment where you can be yourself.
We’ll work together to identify your goals and create a plan that fits your needs.
You’ll leave sessions with practical strategies and greater confidence to navigate life’s challenges.
You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. If you're ready to begin therapy, I 'd love to support you.
