Bluffr (the "App") is a local multiplayer game designed for fun and social interaction. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data.

## 1. Information Collection and Use

### Camera Access

Bluffr requests access to your device's camera. This is used solely to allow you to take a "profile selfie" for use within the game lobby and gameplay screens. 

*   **Storage:** These photos are stored temporary in your device's memory for the duration of the session. 

*   **Sharing:** Your photo is shared only with other players on your local network who are part of your current game session via Apple's Multipeer Connectivity framework.

*   **Processing:** No facial recognition or biometric data is extracted or stored.

### Local Network Access

The App requires access to your Local Network to discover and connect with other devices in the same room.

*   **Data Transferred:** Only game-related data (player names, profile photos, and game actions like drawing or voting) is transmitted between devices.

*   **Security:** This data is shared peer-to-peer and does not leave your local Wi-Fi network.

### No Personal Data Collection

We do not collect or store any "Personal Identifiable Information" (PII) on external servers. We do not require account registration, email addresses, or phone numbers.

## 2. Third-Party Services

Bluffr does not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. Your gameplay remains private and local to your network.

## 3. Data Storage and Deletion

*   **Device Storage:** All game settings and your chosen player name are stored locally on your device.

*   **Session Data:** Profile photos and gameplay history are cleared when the game session ends or the App is closed.

*   **User Control:** You can change your name or retake your photo at any time in the game lobby. You can revoke Camera or Local Network permissions at any time through your iOS System Settings.

## 4. Children's Privacy

Bluffr is intended for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal data or transmit data to external servers, we are fully compliant with privacy standards for children's apps.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
