# End User License Agreement (EULA) for Bluffr

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the developer of Bluffr ("Developer", "we", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Bluffr mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

## 1. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

The App allows users to upload "selfies" and choose "player names" (collectively, "Content") to be shared with other players in local multiplayer sessions. By using these features, you agree to the following:

*   **No Objectionable Content:** You may not upload or share any Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

*   **No Harassment:** You may not use the App to harass, bully, or intimidate other players.

*   **Developer Rights:** The Developer does not pre-screen Content but reserves the right to provide tools for users to moderate their own sessions.

## 2. Moderation and Enforcement

To maintain a safe environment, the App provides the following mandatory safety features:

*   **Reporting:** Any user can report another user for violating these terms.

*   **Kicking/Blocking:** Game hosts have the ability to "kick" players from a lobby for any reason, including the sharing of objectionable content.

*   **Termination:** Violation of these UGC policies may result in your permanent ban from using the App’s networking features.

## 3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, the Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.

## 4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your camera and local network data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described therein.

## 5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the Developer be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to interactions with other users or the content they share.

## 6. Apple Inc. Terms

You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.
