Wonderful views of the Topsail Sound and the Ocean! Short walk to the beach and sound. Plenty of decks to enjoy all the 'Blue Waters' views! New flat screen TVs and of course internet service. Watch the sun rise from the front deck and sunset from the back deck. Watch Dolphins play in the sound. Go kayaking in banks channel with access to the intercoastal waterway.
The south end of Topsail Island is beautiful, walk around the point and watch the sunset while you play in tidal pools. During the summer Loggerhead Turtles lay eggs along the shore that hatch during the warm summer nights. Dolphins play in the surf on the beach and surfing is great. The beach and dunes are growing on the south end leaving isolated dunes and wide white sandy beaches. Fishing is outstanding. A sports closet w kayaks, bikes, floats, cooler, fishing pole is available for an additional fee.
