By downloading or using Device finder you agree to these terms with NextPixel Apps (“we”, “us”); if you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
These terms cover the Device finder app for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and its widgets (“the app”). They add to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
The app helps you find a lost Bluetooth device by showing how strong its signal is; it can’t guarantee that any device will be found.
It only detects devices that are switched on, charged, in Bluetooth range (usually up to about 10–30 m) and broadcasting.
Signal strength is an estimate: walls, bodies and other radios affect it, so “distance” readings are approximate.
Many devices hide or change their Bluetooth identity, and Apple devices (AirPods, Apple Watch, AirTag) don’t let other apps connect. Some features, such as playing a sound or left-behind alerts, work only with devices that allow it.
iOS limits what apps can do in the background, so alerts and live updates may be delayed or stop if iOS closes the app.
For Apple devices, also use Apple’s Find My app.
Unlimited use of the app needs an auto-renewing subscription, bought and billed through your Apple Account.
Weekly: $4.99 per week (US price), no free trial.
Monthly: $9.99 per month (US price), with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
Prices: the price in your country and currency is shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy, and may change; we’ll tell you before a price increase applies to you, as Apple requires.
Free trial: if you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you’ll be charged for the plan.
Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged within the 24 hours before renewal.
Cancelling: go to Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Pending payments: some payment methods, such as UPI or bank approval, confirm later. Access unlocks automatically once Apple confirms the payment.
Refunds: payments are handled by Apple, so refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds ourselves.
Restoring: use Restore in the app to regain access on a new or reset device with the same Apple Account.
Use the app only to find devices you own or are allowed to look for.
Don’t use it to follow, locate or monitor another person without their consent.
Don’t connect to, interfere with or try to access other people’s devices.
Don’t copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, or use it to break any law.
Take care of your own safety: don’t search in dangerous places or while driving.
We may end access for anyone who misuses the app.
The app is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before a claim.
Ownership: the app, its design and content belong to NextPixel Apps. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on Apple devices you own or control.
Other services: purchases are processed by Apple and checked through RevenueCat; their own terms apply to their services. Device and brand names (such as AirPods, Apple Watch, AirTag) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
No warranty: to the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that the app will be error-free, always available, or able to find a particular device.
Limitation of liability: to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost or damaged devices, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be excluded.
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it and cancelling your subscription in Settings.
Changes: we may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the app, and continuing to use it means you accept them.
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
