Hi everyone. In this thread ( _while_not_running_the_bluestacks/), u/BluestacksKris was trying to help me out to get notification mode on Bluestacks. However, I needed to upgrade to the next version of Bluestacks to use this feature.

I tried to install bluestack 4 on my MacBook Pro and it worked well. However, when I downloaded another emulator today it stops bluestacks from working, and now I couldn't even open the application it will just pop this error message. I deleted that emulator immediately but it still doesn't work.

I had to move bluestacks files from my OS to an external HDD, and the best way to do this that i found was to backup the engine and config files, then uninstall bluestacks and install again, then change the files for the backed up ones.

The thing is, the files are from bluestacks version 5.3.145, and when i tried to load the latest bluestacks version with these files it just gave me an error, so i guess that i need to install this specific version to be able to run the files.

Not sure if you still have the problem but it should not be that difficult. If you foe download Iobit uninstaller and let it do the job it will clear out bluestacks in program and in programdata. after this you will be asked for a deep clean for left-overs (registry etc). If you already took away parts it might not work. Then clean manually in program and in program data. search in registry and in general for bluestacks.

I installed bluestacks 3 times, I did the virtualization and all, anyways i desided to try Gameloop and its awesome, no Ram alerts nothing just smooth sailing, it comes with two windows one for the main Gameloop where you can assess other games and one where you can assess the playstore and record, screen shot ext.
