Wynter is such a fun and playful budgie! He can do amazing tricks like stepping up. His wings are fully grown (I think), and he’s quite the messy one - he won’t take a bath yet. But the best part is that he loves coming out of his cage and exploring. He’s also a big fan of mirrors - he’ll do anything to get a closer look!
