Hi Team,
Dryland begins early November. If you aren’t currently involved with a sport or exercise program, here are some ideas to get you started. If you don’t know what some of these are, YouTube gives good demonstrations.
Beginner: 1 set (10-12 reps of each exercise or what you can)
Intermediate: 3 sets (15 reps of each exercise )
Advanced: (you know)
1. Planks
2. Lunges
3. Push-ups
4. Toe raises
5. Side plank
6. Burpees
7. Bulgarian split squats
Run, walk, stretch, climb stairs or ride a bike. Get moving!
Most people won’t do this, I know that. But for every few people that are doing the bare minimum, someone else who is quietly working hard will be taking your place.
