Hi Team,
Dryland begins November 6th at 7:30am. If you aren’t currently involved with a sport or exercise program, here are some ideas to get you started. If you don’t know what some of these are, YouTube gives good demonstrations.
1. Planks
2. Lunges
3. Push-ups
4. Toe raises
5. Side plank
6. Burpees
7. Bulgarian split squats
Run, walk, stretch, climb stairs or ride a bike. Get moving!
Most people won’t do this, I know that. But for every few people that are doing the bare minimum, someone else that is quietly working hard will be taking your place.
