Cut loose one last time before classes begin! Spend the day conquering our giant shark slide inflatable, battling it out in a paint war, taking on massive lawn games, belting out your favourite songs on the party bus, and making beach-themed crafts. Enjoy a free lunch, then wrap up the day with the Social Science Oath and your chance to pie the Social Science Planners. Don’t forget your faculty shirt and everything you need for a day in the sun!

Waiver QR Code
Before heading to the event, make sure your BluCru Waiver is signed and completed! You can find it under the “Waivers” tab at the top of the screen — just click “BluCru Waiver” to get started.
18+? You can sign the waiver yourself.
17 or younger? A parent or guardian must sign it for you.
Please make sure this is done before the event so you’re all set to go — don’t leave it until the last minute!
Water!
This event will take place primarily outdoors, so come prepared for the weather. If it’s hot, make sure to bring water and anything else you’ll need to stay comfortable and enjoy the day to the fullest!

Don’t forget your debit or credit card if you’d like to purchase this year’s charity item: the BluCru Beach Towel! All proceeds will be donated to Neighbour to Neighbour.

Be sure to wear your faculty T-shirt to the event! You can pick yours up at our Swag Table, where you’ll also find the rest of the first-year swag we’ve put together for you.
Clothes That Can Get Wet/Paint On Them!
We’ll be doing a paint fight to tie-dye our cream faculty shirts with our notorious BluCru blue! If you want to participate, please wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting paint on. The paint is a water and acrylic mixture and should come out in the wash, but please don’t wear anything you wouldn’t want to risk getting stained. If you’re not participating, you can ignore this!
