Admission opens for the academic year 2026 - 2027
At Blossom Kids, we strive to create a transparent and nurturing environment for our students and parents. By enrolling your child, you agree to the following school policies.
Age Criteria: Admissions are granted based on the child's age as of March 31st of the academic year.
Documentation: Parents must provide a birth certificate, immunization records, and passport-sized photographs at the time of admission.
Fees are to be paid as per the schedule provided at the time of admission.
Payment can be made via [Cash / UPI / Bank Transfer].
Late payments may incur a nominal fine to cover administrative costs.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances (such as health or relocation) may arise. Our refund policy is as follows:
Notification: A formal written request or email must be submitted for student withdrawal.
Refund Eligibility: * Registration/Admission fees are non-refundable.
For mid-term withdrawals, a maximum of 70% of the tuition fee paid will be refunded, subject to the date of withdrawal.
Processing Time: All approved refunds and Transfer Certificates (TC) will be processed and issued within a specific window (typically by the second week of March of the current academic year).
Sickness: To ensure the health of all students, children suffering from contagious illnesses (fever, chickenpox, etc.) should stay home until fully recovered.
Emergency: In case of a medical emergency during school hours, the school will provide first aid and immediately contact the parents.
CCTV: The campus is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for the safety of our children.
Consistency is key to a child’s development. We encourage regular attendance.
