Blossom Kids School: Our Little Blossoms' Guide

Welcome to Blossom Kids School! We are delighted to partner with you in your child's early learning journey. To ensure a safe, happy, and productive environment for all our little blossoms, we have established the following guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding these standards.

School Schedule & Attendance

• School Hours: Our school day is from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday to Friday. We encourage punctuality to ensure your child doesn't miss out on any learning and fun.

• Holidays: The school will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all official government holidays. A list of these holidays will be shared at the beginning of the academic year.

• Attendance & Absences: Regular attendance is important for your child's progress. Please try to avoid taking leave unless absolutely necessary.

  • If your child needs to be absent, kindly inform the school office in advance, if possible, or on the morning of the absence.

  • A written note (leave letter) explaining the reason for absence should be submitted upon your child's return.

Student Essentials & Dress Code

• Healthy Snacks: We encourage healthy eating habits! Please send a nutritious snack with your child according to the snack chart provided by the school. This helps ensure variety and balanced eating for all children.

• Personal Towel: For hygiene purposes, each student must bring a small, clearly labeled personal towel daily.

• School Uniform: Our little blossoms look smart in their uniforms! Students are required to wear their complete school uniform on Mondays and Fridays. On other days, comfortable and appropriate casual wear is permitted.

Fees & Payments

• Timely Payments: To help us manage school operations smoothly, we request that all school fees and any other payments be made by the due date. Information regarding payment schedules and methods will be provided separately.

• Refund Policy: Please note that school fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

Parent Partnership & Communication

• Campus Access During School Hours: To ensure the safety and focus of our students, parents are requested not to enter the classrooms or school premises during school hours (9:30 AM to 12:30 PM) without prior appointment.

• Teacher Meetings: We value open communication about your child's development. Parents are invited to meet with their child's teacher to discuss progress on Fridays between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM. We kindly request you adhere to this schedule to allow teachers to manage their time effectively. If a more urgent discussion is needed, please contact the school office to arrange a suitable time.

• Communication: We will keep you informed about school events, activities, and important notices through circulars, WhatsApp, E-mail, Notice Board. Please ensure your contact information is always up-to-date with the school office.

Health & Safety

• Well-being: If your child is unwell, please keep them at home to rest and recover, and to prevent the spread of illness to other children and staff.

• Emergency Contacts: Please ensure we always have your current and accurate emergency contact numbers.
