All of our bartenders are certified through TIPS, ensuring a safe and professional experience for you and your guests. When you book our Basic Bar Setup Package, you’ll receive one bartender who can efficiently serve up to 25 guests for up to 3 hours. This package includes all the essential bar equipment needed to provide excellent service. You’ll also have two 6-foot tables with tablecloths for a table bar setup, coolers to store ice, two galvanized tubs to keep drinks chilled, as well as plastic cups, napkins, straws, and basic garnishes. We’ve thought of everything to ensure your event runs smoothly and your guests enjoy themselves!

This package gives you the flexibility to provide your own alcohol and mixers, helping to manage overall costs. It includes our Basic Bar Setup, with the option for customization to suit your specific needs and those of your guests. Additionally, you'll receive a detailed shopping list of recommended alcohol and mixers, ensuring you have everything needed to deliver the best possible service for your event.

Open Bar 

Starting at $1300 + $35 pp

This all-inclusive package provides everything you need for a seamless bar experience. In addition to our basic bar setup, we’ll supply premium spirits, beer, wine, basic mixers, and ice, ensuring your guests have a top-notch experience.  

*Starting rates may vary based on the event location and licensing requirements in compliance with WV ABCA laws and regulations. 

Added bartender: To ensure the best service for you and your guests, we require one bartender for every 25 guests. 

Additional Service Time: Our basic package includes 3 hours of service, with the option to add extra hours for up to a total of 6 service hours at an additional cost. 

Basic Mixers: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger ale, soda water, tonic water, lemon juice, lime juice, and Simple Syrup

Ice: Ice is not included in our basic package, but we’re happy to provide it as an optional add-on service. 

Champagne Pour: We provide plastic champagne flutes and handle the pouring for your event. (Champagne not included.) 

Champagne Wall w/ Stand: Our elegant champagne wall holds up to 48 flutes, adding a stylish touch to your wedding. Elevate the experience and impress your guests with this unique feature for their champagne toasts.  

Wooden Bar Rental: Enhance your event with our stunning wooden bar rental, adding a touch of timeless elegance and sophistication to your bar area. 

Cocktail Bar Setup: Need a separate bar setup? We've got you covered! We can create a second location for your cocktail hour, allowing guests to enjoy refreshing drinks while they wait for the reception to begin. 

Beverage Station: Keep your guests refreshed with our non-alcoholic beverage stations, featuring two drink dispensers and plastic cups. (Beverages and ice not included.)

Table Wine Service: Want wine served during dinner? Our bartenders offer professional table wine service to enhance your dining experience.

Signature cocktails: Let us craft an elegant and refreshing signature cocktail menu tailored to your event. This option not only allows you to showcase a captivating beverage that complements your theme but also streamlines drink options, potentially reducing the inventory needed for your bar and cutting costs.
