By downloading, installing, or using Bloom Journal ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Bloom Journal is a personal journaling application that offers:
Free features: Journal writing, AI chat (limited free trials), mood tracking, and basic themes
Premium features: Unlimited AI chats, all themes, custom app icons, vision board, insights, and period tracking (available via subscription)
Bloom Journal Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You retain full ownership of all content you create within the App, including journal entries, mood records, notes, and vision board items. All content is stored locally on your device. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your content.
The AI Chat feature is provided for personal reflection, journaling support, and general wellness guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI companion is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or healthcare provider.

You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use the AI Chat feature to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or any part of it
The App, including its design, graphics, interface, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Bloom Journal and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Bloom Journal name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the AI responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom Journal and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
