Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use this App

• The App is not offered to users located in the European Union (EU). By using the App, you confirm that you are not located in the EU.

• By using the App, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
  
  

2. Use of the App

You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fradulent purposes.

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

3. Not for provider use

This app is offered for consumer wellness purposes only. It is not designed or authorized for use by healthcare providers, hospitals, insurers, or any other covered entities. Any such use is strictly prohibited, and we disclaim all liability for misuse of the app in a clinical or provider setting. 

4. Health Disclaimer

• The App is provided for informational and tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

• The information generated by the App (including biomarker tracking and OCR results) may not be accurate or complete.

• You should not rely on the App for medical decisions. Always seek professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

• By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your health decisions.
  
  

5. Account and Authentication

• The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication for registration.

• We do not collect personally identifying details (such as your name or email).

• Your biomarker data is stored locally on your device.
  
  

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features of the App are available only through a paid subscription (“Pro” features).

• Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat in accordance with the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Payments, renewals, and cancellations are subject to the store’s terms. We do not process or store your payment details.
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, code, and design elements of the App are owned by us or our licensors.

• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
  
  

8. Intellectual Property

The App integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google), OpenAI, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective policies:

9. Data and Security

• Your biomarker data is stored locally on your device.

• We use secure HTTPS connections for any data transmissions.

• While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
  
  

10. No Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure,

• biomarker data or OCR results will be accurate or reliable,

• defects will be corrected, or

• the App is free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We (and our affiliates, partners, and licensors) are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

• This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, personal injury, health outcomes, business interruption, or other losses.

• Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
  
  

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• your use of the App,

• your violation of these Terms, or

• your reliance on any information provided by the App.
  
  

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bihar, India.
