Bloc coffee is located in Victoria Park, Cardiff. The park is a grade 2 listed, green flag park and has many features, including us. It features colourful flower borders, a splash park which opens in summer, a bandstand and even a seal called Billy! No, the seal is not real but we have a photo of the real life Billy in the cafe, why not come in and see if you can find it?
