Blip lets you create and share realistic, native-style location cards for any coordinates you choose. **Blip does not modify your device's GPS hardware, iOS system Location Services, or the way any other app receives your device's real location.** It is a card-creation and sharing tool, intended for personal, social, and entertainment use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Blip. If you're between 13 and 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Blip to:

- Impersonate a real location to commit fraud, deceive a business, insurer, employer, or government entity, or falsify evidence of your whereabouts in any legal, financial, or official context

- Circumvent the location-verification, safety, or age-gating systems of any third-party app or platform

- Harass, stalk, deceive, or cause distress to another person without their consent

- Violate the Terms of Service of any other app or service you use alongside Blip

- Violate any applicable law or regulation

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Blip offers a free tier and Blip Pro, available as a Weekly or Yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase.

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

- Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

- Manage or cancel any subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.

- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Intellectual property

Blip's design, branding, and code are owned by [Your Company/Developer Name]. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app. Location cards you generate are yours to share as you like.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Blip is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Weather, distance, and map data are provided by third parties and may occasionally be inaccurate or unavailable.

7. Limitation of liability
