For couples who want a meaningful, personal ceremony with a simple and guided planning experience.

Gold package includes:

A fully personalized ceremony written specifically for the two of you
Individual questionnaires designed to capture your stories, personalities, and relationship
Up to four (4) personalized planning meetings to thoughtfully create and refine your ceremony
Unlimited communication and ceremony refinements throughout the planning process
Priority communication leading up to your wedding day
Day-before ceremony rehearsal attendance and coordination for up to one (1) hour
Ceremony coordination with your planner, DJ, and photographer
Officiant arrival 60–90 minutes prior to the ceremony for additional wedding-day support
Marriage license signing and secure submission

Especially helpful for larger wedding parties, more detailed ceremonies, or weddings involving multiple moving pieces.

Officiant arrival 30 minutes prior to the ceremony
Marriage license signing and secure submission

Rehearsal attendance and additional ceremony customization are available as add-on services.

Simple Ceremony

For couples who want to make it official with a short, meaningful ceremony without the planning of a traditional wedding ceremony.

Your package includes:

A brief meet-up at an agreed-upon location
A short and meaningful marriage ceremony
Light personalization based on a few details shared about the two of you
Legal solemnization of your marriage
Marriage certificate signing and secure submission

Witness Requirement | Minnesota

Minnesota law requires two (2) witnesses, age 18 or older, to be present for the marriage ceremony and signing. Witnesses are provided by the couple.

This experience does not include:

A custom or semi-custom written ceremony
Questionnaires or ceremony planning meetings
Rehearsal attendance
Formal processional or wedding-party coordination
Extensive readings, unity ceremonies, or other customized ceremony elements

Travel and applicable date-based fees are additional when required and will be reflected on your quote.

Officiant Add-On
Same-Day Rehearsal

Investment $100.00

For couples who would like the confidence of walking through their ceremony before guests arrive.

Your day-of rehearsal is held 1–2 hours prior to the ceremony and includes guidance through the processional, ceremony positioning, key ceremony moments, and recessional so everyone knows where to be and what to expect.

This add-on is for a wedding-day rehearsal only and does not include rehearsal attendance on a separate date.

Travel is calculated at $1.00 per mile, round trip, based on the ceremony location.

Your travel fee will be calculated and included in your personalized quote so you know the complete investment before booking.

Additional costs such as parking, tolls, or required lodging are not included in the mileage fee and will be quoted separately when applicable.

Whether you want to have a ceremony with 5-7 people, 50 people, or 200+ people,

TERMS & CANCELLATIONS:
Terms & Conditions are listed in the signed contract.

ADDITIONAL INVESTMENTS:

HOLIDAYS: Weddings held on holidays or holiday weekends may incur an additional fee.
DESTINATION WEDDINGS: Travel, lodging, and related expenses will be discussed prior to booking services.
PREMARITAL COACHING - Standalone Package: $500.00. For couples not booking an officiant package.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION: Gold Wedding + Rehearsal Package ceremonies that are located over 60 minutes from Blessings by Bartlett’s home office, a one-night hotel accommodation may be required. This will be discussed with the couple prior to final pricing.
