Gold Officiating Package
Wedding + Rehearsal Services
Investment $1,100.00
Best for couples who:
Want a guided, seamless experience with full support from rehearsal through “I do.”
Recommended for larger or more complex weddings with multiple vendors.
Package includes:
Everything in the Silver Officiating Package, plus:
Full rehearsal attendance the night before the wedding (up to one (1) hour)
Priority communication throughout the planning process
Ceremony coordination touchpoints with planner, DJ, and photographer
Officiant arrival 60-90 minutes prior to ceremony for extended day-of support
Travel Note (Gold Only): Rehearsals more than 60 minutes from the home office may require a one-night hotel stay.
Optional Add-On:
Premarital Coaching Sessions (add-on Rate) – $300.00
Silver Officiating Package
Wedding Ceremony Services
Investment $800.00
Best for couples who:
Want a personalized ceremony that reflects their story, values, and relationship.
Package includes:
Fully personalized ceremony written from your story
Questionnaire-based, collaborative ceremony creation process
Unlimited communication and refinements during the planning phase
Ceremony coordination touchpoints with planner, DJ, and photographer
Officiant arrival 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony.
Marriage license signing and secure submission
This package does not include rehearsal attendance.
Optional Add-On:
Rehearsal held 2 hours prior to the ceremony – $100.00
Bronze Officiating Package
Wedding Ceremony Essentials
Investment $500.00
Best for couples who:
Want a heartfelt ceremony without full customization.
Package includes:
Lightly personalized ceremony created from a simplified questionnaire
One structured planning touchpoint
Basic day-of-coordination Touchpoints (DJ, photographer)
The officiant arrives 30 minutes prior to the ceremony
Marriage license signing and secure submission
This package does not include rehearsal attendance or extended customization.
TERMS & CANCELLATIONS:
Terms & Conditions are listed in the signed contract.
ADDITIONAL INVESTMENTS:
HOLIDAYS: Weddings held on holidays or holiday weekends may incur an additional fee.
DESTINATION WEDDINGS: Travel, lodging, and related expenses will be discussed prior to booking services.
PREMARITAL COACHING - Standalone Package: $400.00. For couples not booking an officiant package.
TRAVEL FEE (All Packages): Travel is billed at $1.00 per mile, round trip, calculated from Blessings by Bartlett’s home office to the ceremony location using Google Maps OR $40/hour of travel time.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION (Gold Package Only): For Gold Officiating Package ceremonies that include a rehearsal and are located over 60 minutes from Blessings by Bartlett’s home office, a one-night hotel accommodation may be required. This will be discussed with the couple prior to final pricing.
This service is not a ceremony and is intentionally offered outside of the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Officiating Packages.
Simple Service ~ Quick Sign & Go
Investment $200.00 *Prices are subject to change
Best for couples who: Only need the legal requirements of marriage completed.
Includes: *Brief meet-up at a courthouse or coffee shop *Legal solemnization of the marriage *Completion and filing of the marriage certificate on the couple’s behalf
Witness Requirement (Minnesota): Minnesota law requires two (2) witnesses, age 18 or older, to be present at the time of signing. Witnesses must be provided by the couple.
This service does NOT include: *Ceremony planning or personalization *Meetings or rehearsals * Guests, processional elements, or formal ceremony structure
