Communication and collaboration simply refer to the ability to work well with others online, whether for personal projects or work. To be safe when communicating with others, keep private matters secure, and make sure you follow safe practices like using secure file sharing methods while being respectful and professional to others. Be open and encourage honest communication in your team. ( Hossain, L., & Wigand, R. T. (2004).) Collaborating and having more research and consultation with experts and stakeholders are needed to develop a comprehensive and effective strategy. Another way is to use ICT to foster an enabling environment for ensuring the ICT readiness of schools and educators. To enable the transformation of classrooms through the use of digital technology, it might be essential to create the necessary infrastructure and resources on a human, technical, and financial level. Finding and supporting dedicated ICT educators who have undergone the requisite training is another aspect of it, as is encouraging instructors to integrate the use of ICT into the curriculum. For example, students can use LinkedIn to create their own professional profiles, showcase their achievements and projects, and network with peers and mentors in their fields of interest. By joining LinkedIn groups related to their areas of study, I was able to encourage students to participate in discussions, share resources, and learn from experts and practitioners. Assign students the task of researching and interviewing people in their chosen fields on LinkedIn, and then presenting their findings and insights to the class. Include LinkedIn Learning courses in the curriculum and require students to complete online modules on vital skills such as communication, cooperation, critical thinking, creativity, and digital literacy.
