Bleich Home Inspections is a family owned and operated business operated by husband and wife team, Richard and Patricia Bleich.  

My name is Richard Bleich and I have been an Indiana Licensed Home Inspector since 2017; License #HI01700088.  I received my training from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI®). InterNACHI® School is a postsecondary school accredited by Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET), a national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.  My transcripts can be viewed here. I received my 12 hours of practical experience from Heartland Home Inspections in Indianapolis, IN.

I have a certificate in Construction Management with an emphasis in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) from Ivy Tech Community College, Fort Wayne Campus and HVAC Excellence certificates in Heating and Air Conditioning from Esco Institute. I hold an EPA-608 Universal Certification from Esco, as administered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). 

I have been a home inspector for nearly a decade and I am currently active in residential construction. I have over 30 years experience in residential and commecial construction and maintenance.   I have been a homeowner for over 40 years.  I am an independent home inspector, meaning that I am not a company employee or a corporate franchisee.
