Former Sheriff James Ridere led the Blaine County Sheriff's Office to continue their number one department streak for 10 months, as it continues he has left a great opportunity for our future 1B's. Since October 12th 2023, Sheriff Ridere has been our Sheriff for over five months making him the longest running 1B-01 and the longest running Department Head from when he was sworn in July 15th. Needless to say, Sheriff Ridere has truly led the Blaine County Sheriffs office to our highest standards with extremely high rewards. We thank Sheriff Ridere for his dedication to this Department and hope for the best for his future in his promotion to the Department Management role.

Although his term was short as acting Sheriff for Blaine County, Sheriff California led the Blaine County Sheriff's office to high standards, due to him being recognized for his professionalism, in which he got promoted to a Department Management role for. Before he was Sheriff, California was sworn into the Department Head role for a while standing as one of the longest running 1B's in our history. He is a great representation of how the Blaine County Sheriff's Office should act and shows the true meaning of Professionalism for our Department. Sheriff Thunter might be known as one of the most iconic 1Bs in BCSO history. Setting up the show for Oscar Owen, Thunter did his very best. He raised activity so high we went from around five promotions at the start of his journey to ending it off nearly seventy+ every week. Thunter did his very best and paved the journey of BCSOs prime. The deputies of Blaine County Sheriff's office thanks Thunter for his extreme dedication to our department making it better as a whole.

Taking over after Thunter, Sheriff Owen really did stay in the Sheriff Position for a while. He gave us the opportunity to thrive, grow, and spread the gap for the Department of the month between all Departments. He showed the Blaine County Deputies what it's like to follow guidelines properly enforcing rules to make sure Deputies in the department hold BCSO to its highest standards. Sheriff Owen really did stay with us for a while and we thank him for his dedication to this department giving us the opportunity to grow and show that BCSO really is the best department.
