Policy applies to all clients, no matter when or how appointment is made
Full payment is due at time of service.
A Credit Card on File is required to book. A $35 booking fee is held to reserve your slot. This is actually just a "hold" and will not be charged unless you are late, no show, show up with a sunburn, cancel last minute or with less than 24 hours notice.
Please be on time. Our grace period is 5 minutes, if you are more than 5 minutes late you will be charged a $10 fee assuming we are still able to fit you in. If we can not fit you in for your appointment, the $35 booking fee will be charged and your appointment will be cancelled.
No Shows, showing up with a sunburn or any cancellation without at least 24 hour notice will apply the $35 booking fee towards the cost and inconvenience of using a time slot that could have been used by another client and offset fees, fuel and/or time lost by myself.
Declined cards will have an additional $15 fee. Full balance must be paid before any new booking is accepted.
Please note we have the right to refuse service.
All sales are final. No refunds on any service or product. If you are unhappy with a service or product, I will work with you to resolve the situation and agree on a compensation. I strive to make sure all of my clients are happy!

As much as we love your littles, we have to strongly enforce our policy of No Children Allowed in the beauty shop. This is due to privacy and safety. Having other clients waiting, other beauty artists working in the space and now STAIRS!-we are just not able to help keep a side eye on the kiddos. So please make arrangements for them while you enjoy your time away with us! Thank you!!!
no PUBLIC RESTROOM
We apologize but due to space restraints and location, we NO LONGER offer a Public Restroom. Please make time to go before arriving and there is also a nearby CVS.
Health Procedures
My clients' health is always top priority. If you are not feeling well, exposed to someone with COVID/ill, waiting on test results-please cancel your appointment or contact me to cancel or reschedule.
Your spray tan session is always a one on one experience. Please understand we are in a close proximity to each other while performing your beauty service. If you'd like to wear a mask, please do. We can then remove the mask when it comes time to spray your face. If you decline having your face sprayed, product is available to help give you some color while at home.
The tanning room and seating area are thoroughly sanitized & disinfected throughout the day and at the beginning/end of the day. New towels, brushes and disposables given for each client.
