Policy applies to all clients, no matter when or how appointment is made

Full payment is due at time of service. 

A Credit Card on File is required to book. A $35 booking fee is held to reserve your slot. This is actually just a "hold" and will not be charged unless you are late, no show, show up with a sunburn, cancel last minute or with less than 24 hours notice. 

Please be on time. Our grace period is 5 minutes, if you are more than 5 minutes late you will be charged a $10 fee assuming we are still able to fit you in. If we can not fit you in for your appointment, the $35 booking fee will be charged and your appointment will be cancelled.

No Shows, showing up with a sunburn or any cancellation without at least 24 hour notice will apply the $35 booking fee towards the cost and inconvenience of using a time slot that could have been used by another client and offset fees, fuel and/or time lost by myself.  

Declined cards will have an additional $15 fee. Full balance must be paid before any new booking is accepted. 

Time Change? If it's the day of your appointment and you request to move to a new time of the same day, there will be a $10 fee added on at check out- assuming we can honor this time change.

Please note we have the right to refuse service. We always respect everyone and expect 100% respect back. If not, we will not accept your appointment and we hope you find an artist better suited for you.

All sales are final. No refunds on any service or product. If you are unhappy with a service or product, I will work with you to resolve the situation and agree on a compensation. I strive to make sure all of my clients are happy!
