Black Squirrel Creek Construction, LLC, carries a Building A-1 license with Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, and Class A license with Teller County Building Department, with a $2M Insurance Policy. An A License (very hard to get) allows us to build any size project, Residential or Commercial.
