Although this page targets the Home Improvement Service Market- Black Squirrel Creek Construction, LLC, is a Full-Service General Contractor carrying a Building A-1 license with Pikes Peak Regional Building Department and a Class A license with Teller County Building Department. An A License is a “Full” license, meaning we are licensed to build any type and size of building, whether Residential or Commercial.

Our biggest project, Market Lofts, a five level Mixed Use Building, with Parking Garage, Commercial Space, and Three Stories of Apartments, is a ground up, 86,000 square foot project featuring Type 1A/2B construction, consisting of two stories of concrete and red iron, with three stories of CFS framed residential units on bar joists and concrete slabs.
