About Black Ivy Stories

Black Ivy Stories was started in June 2020 as an Instagram page to share anonymous stories related to the Black student experience. In two months, the page grew to over 20,000 followers.

Our goal is to create a platform to uplift the voices of Black students, alumni, parents, faculty, and staff at Ivy Leagues, by creating a space for these people to be heard, understood, and celebrated. Our vision is simple: To use these stories to help influence and inform the decision-makers at Ivy League Institutions to create the most inclusive and equitable Black student experience.
