The Black Estates Cares Foundation* is the philanthropic arm of our organization focused on nurturing and developing programming supporting the community.

A grant recipient from 1863™ Ventures, a Black-led national business development nonprofit accelerator and venture capital fund for new majority founders out of the District of Columbia, we were able to start laying the foundation of scaling our existing programming.

We had a successful academic year with the YMCA’s Clarence E. Lightner Achievers program in Raleigh, NC to expand our Real Estate Investor Program to their youth and parents. We are currently expanding into an HBCU tour to supply opportunities to collegiate students in the surrounding areas. 

We have created several community initiatives with graduation classes and events in the past such as:

• International Business Apprenticeship 

• Business Immersion Program

• Prison to Entrepreneurship

• Real Estate Youth Investor Program

• Black Estates Fest

• Black Real Estate Conference
