Rolonda Hernandez is an accomplished entrepreneur, IT Financial Systems Analyst, and program management expert with over 20 years of experience in technology, finance, and community development. As Founder and CEO of Black Estates, she leads initiatives to advance cultural data analysis, STEM education, and real estate opportunities for underserved communities.
A globally recognized leader, Rolonda has managed over 100s of software development projects and received accolades like the Top 100 Global Leader in Real Estate and Construction and the Brainz 500 Global Award. She actively mentors through SCORE and serves as an Advisory Board member for Wake Technical Community College’s Analytics & Data Science program.
