KEY R&D OUTPUTS
My research group developed Python based codes and programmes using ObsPy module for regional earthquake data processing and analysis, Lg attenuation models.
Developed a digital 3-D crustal velocity model based on double-differential tomography technique by employing Local Earthquake Seismic Tomography (LET) for NER of India. This model is useful for earthquake location with more accuracy as the errors or the residues in the hypocentral parameters have been reduced to minimum, thereby increasing the earthquake location accuracy in NER of India to a great extent.
